The Mundial Beach Soccer brings teams from France, Italy, Albania, Luxembourg, Croatia, and Argentina to Porto Sant'Elpidio. On the center-north promenade, matches, performances, dance, food areas, and stands alternate with charitable initiatives.
16th edition of the Beach Soccer World Cup, which annually involves teams from various parts of the world. The countries participating in 2026 will be France, Italy, Albania, Luxembourg, Croatia, and Argentina. The matches will be enriched and interspersed with shows and dance performances. A true sports village will remain active throughout the event with food areas, exhibition stands, and spaces for charitable associations. The matches will be broadcast on Sky Sport.
The central-northern seafront of Porto Sant’Elpidio stretches along the coastal area closest to the town centre and the northern part of the city. It is an ideal area for walks, beach access, bathing establishments and outdoor activities.
If travelling by car, Porto Sant’Elpidio can be reached via the SS16 Adriatica, the main coastal road running through the Fermo Riviera, or from the A14 motorway, using the most convenient exit depending on the direction of travel and then continuing towards the town centre and the seafront. Once in town, follow the signs for the sea, the centre and the northern seafront.
The nearest railway station is Porto Sant’Elpidio, located in Via Umberto I, close to the town centre. From the station, the central-northern seafront can be reached on foot with a short walk towards the sea, or in a few minutes by taxi or local bus.
This is a convenient option for visitors who prefer to arrive without a car and then explore the coast on foot or by bicycle.
Parking spaces and small parking areas are available in the central-northern seafront area, along the seafront itself, in the streets running parallel to the coast and in the roads connecting the seafront with the town centre. Further parking options can be found near the railway station and in the urban areas closest to the centre.
Visitors are advised to check local signs on site, as parking availability, fees and regulations may vary depending on the season, events and municipal ordinances.

The Investiture of the Port Guardian precedes the Bucket Challenge with a historical reenactment along the waterfront. Participants, dressed in costumes from the Maritime Village, drummers, and flag-wavers parade to the Rotonda for the official ceremony.
